Patients can text a question or update their respective doctors (not emergent in nature) using the In-line Messaging facility provided on the Patient Portal. Doctor will respond to patient accordingly using this facility.
Doctors can also communicate with other Medex registered doctors for internal discussion or referral of their patientsusingIn-line Messaging.
Further, a doctor may decide to refer his patient to an external doctor (not registered with Medex) for 2nd opinion. He may do so using the email facility wherein the registered doctor can write summary of the patient treatment given and attach some important test reports.
